Partners Mike and Kaye Brand presently reside on the Sunshine Coast and have been involved in the Management Rights Industry for the last 6 years having purchased the rights to a holiday complex in Noosa in early 2002, and then moving on to the management of a permanent residential complex on Kawana Island.

Mike is also a Sales Director on the Sunshine Coast for Venz Management Rights Specialists, and is involved in assisting buyers and sellers of Management Rights. He has also lectured at QRAMA Management Rights courses.

Prior to being involved in Management Rights, Mike was an Executive Manager Business Banking for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He has extensive experience in Business Financing and has been involved in financing packages across many industries and services.
